Plymouth
Plymouth is one of the most famous American Car brands. It was set up by Walter Chrysler in 1928. Firstly under this name he thought to create a series of cheap car which were supposed to be the main competitors to GM cars. The first model was Plymouth Four.
In 1929 a new factory to make Plymouth cars was opened in Detroit. In 1931 the company offered eight variants of the car body of one model and they got real fame. In 1934 the factory produced a million car. During the war the factory worked for the military needs and the car production was restored.
At the beginning of the 50s the production declined, but after changing the management policy the car brand came out as a leader. Such model as "High Sweet, Belvedere, Fury, Satellit, Valiant, Barracuda, Volare, Horison, Lazer have been very popular among the customers.
