Nissan

Nissan Motor is Japanese Corporation which produces cars, trucks, buses Nissan and Datsun. The company also manufactures sporty boats, satellites. After the crisis in 1998 the company merged with Renault. Firstly the company appeared in 1925 after merging two car making companies and the name of it is the abbreviation of the first letters of its founders.

The first car was launched in 1933. It was an economical model. At the end of the 30s the company began to produce large scale cars, buses and vans. During the World War II the company worked to satisfy the military demand. To restore pre-war production Nissan concluded a contract with Austin Martin. The contract helped the brand to revive its strength. In 1958 the brand launched Datsun Bluebird. It was the car for personal drive, safe, attractive and long-lasting.

In the 60s the brand invaded the American and European market. Nissan Cedric was chosen to transport the Olympic Fire in 1964. Then they launched Nissan Skyline which became a mass car and increased the production.

All the years Nissan has always been very active on the market, introducing new model practically every year. A lot of subsidiaries have been opened all over the world. Several times the company won the prize of the best car of the year.
