Carspal can make arrangements for every service that is required for you to receive the vehicle purchased. The following services are available:

Registering as a buyer on Carspal is very easy and contains just two simple steps:

With a 0$ registration you can login as a Guest. Guests will not be able to place bids on vehicles. Guests have 48 hours of temporary access to Carspal.com

6. Where and How can I complete the Registration Application?

First read all of the information about Carspal and feel confident about our services. If you're ready to register, now, simply click here to complete the new member registration application. If you need a little more time you can click on Registration bottom on the main pages later. To complete the registration application you should fill out all information as required. It is:

  • Login Information (Email, Password, Password confirm)
  • Personal Information
  • Credit Card Information

After that you should attach your ID (it can be your passport or license). We use your ID information for identification purposes only.

As soon as the registration form is complete submit it.

You are done! Once you have completed the registration form you will receive a Carspal Verification email. The email will be sent to the address on the registration form asking you to verify the information and confirm your registration. After we receive your verification confirmation, we will withdraw a registration fee from your credit card.  It's $200.

Note: Please, acknowledge all vehicles bought through Carspal are for export only.

7. What fees must be paid along with a registration?

The amount of fees depends on the type of registration. It can be free if you will choose a guest registration. The fee for a standard registration is $200. See «Type of registration» section. You may pay by credit card. After we receive your verification confirmation, we will withdraw a registration fee from your credit card.  More information in "Payment?" section.

VEHICLES

8.  How are the vehicles selected to be on Carspal?

Carspal vehicles come from commercial sellers, such as manufacturers, leasing companies, financial institutions, and rental companies. Large and medium-sized dealer consignors and wholesalers may place their vehicles in the Carspal inventory.

9. How can I find the history of a vehicle?

The unpaid customer search page contains limited information about vehicles. You will not able to see full VIN numbers. You will see basic condition reports, basic vehicles information.

As a registered dealer you may purchase for a complete history of the vehicle from the day it was first sold after manufacture. This information is very comprehensive. It includes all registrations, accidents and the status (branding and salvage) of the vehicle.

10. How will I know where the vehicles are located?

When a vehicle is purchased you will know all of the information about that vehicle. Invoices will be issued and location revealed. Note that when doing a basic search of a vehicle, the actual transportation costs through the port of New Jersey (or Gardena) will be stated. Keep this cost in mind when purchasing a vehicle.

11. Can I return the vehicle I've bought?

Yes, you can. You have a 10 business-day period, beginning on the day of Vehicle purchase, to reject Vehicle by notifying Carspal.

BIDDING

12. When and How can I buy a vehicle?

The auction begins at the time posted on the Site's Welcome Screen.  Authorized Users may enter bids into the Service until the time specified for closing the auction.  When the auction closes, the highest bidder wins the Vehicle at the bid amount.  Specifically,

  • Bids are first ranked by price; and
  • If bids are for the same price, then earlier bids take precedence over later bids.

For certain Vehicles, you can see "Buy it Now" price on the bid screen. This price will represent the amount at which you  can automatically purchase the Vehicle without bidding.  Once the "Buy it Now" option on a particular Vehicle is selected and confirmed by User, all bidding on that Vehicle will be closed.

13. How do I place a bid?

Place your bid by entering your maximum bid amount in the "Your Proxy Bid" box on any auction view page. Once you click "Bid", we will ask you to log in. After you have entered this information, the system will display a confirmation screen with all your desired bids, allowing you to verify your information before you click on "Confirm Bid".

14. How do I know if I've been outbid?

You will receive an email notifying you that someone has outbid your highest bid price. If the auction is still open, you will have a chance to place a new bid or proxy bid by going back to the auction page or by logging into Dealer Section.

15. How do I know if I've won the auction?

After you have won the auction, you will receive an email notification with payment instructions. Once we receive and process your payment, we will notify you and instruct auction to prepare your vehicle for pick up and/or delivery to the shipping address on file.

16. How can I cancel a bid?

A bid is a binding contract. Once the bid has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or retracted.

17.  I have already won 1 vehicle. Why can't I place a bid on any additional cars?

It is our policy to allow buyers to have no more than one outstanding transactions that require payment. Once all outstanding transactions have been paid, you are free to continue bidding until you win an additional auction. As soon as your first transaction is complete, you will be able to bid again. A completed transaction is one that has been paid in full.

If you want to have an opportunity to buy more than 1 vehicle in a time, please, choose extended registration and send 10% of your bidding purpose you will. After that you will be able to make more purchases in a time. For more opportunities, please, contact Carspal Customer Service representatives.

PAYMENT

18. What payment methods do you accept?

If you are the winning bidder of the auction of a vehicle, as soon as the auction is closed you will receive an e-mail notification with payment instructions. We accept wire transfer.

19. What does wire transfer mean?

A wire transfer is an electronic payment service for transferring funds by wire from one bank account to another bank account. This is the fastest and easiest method of payment. Once your auction has ended and you are the confirmed winner, we will send you an email with all of the relevant wire transfer account information for your transaction. This email will include the name of our bank, the account number, and the transaction information needed to perform a wire transfer. Be sure to print out this email and bring it with you to your bank. Go to a branch office of your bank. Most banks require you to set up wire transfers by going into your local branch office as a fraud protection measure. Be prepared with the following on hand

We will send you an email notification once the bank has processed your payment . In the meantime, you can check the status of your transaction online by going to Dealer Section section on carspal.com.

20. How much should I pay for a vehicle?

The cost of a vehicle includes:

  • Vehicle Purchase Price (your winning bid);
  • Carspal Fee;
  • Delivery Price.
21. What is Carspal fee? Should I pay additional fees?

An Carspal Fee is a standard fee that includes expenses for preparation and exhibition, payment processing, Title administration, marketing, running the marketplace and managing other services such as export documentation preparation for your vehicle . Unless otherwise stated in the auction, our standard buyer's Carspal Fee is 195 USD + 1% regardless of the final auction price.

That's it. No more additional fees must be paid.

22. Which currencies do you accept?

We only accept payment in U.S. Dollars.

23. When are you waiting to receive my payment?

Payment must be received by Carspal within 5 calendar days of the winning bid.  Remember! The auction has the right to void any transaction.

24. How do I check the status of my payment?

We will notify you via email as soon as your payment has cleared. You can also check the status of your payment online in the Dealer Section on carspal.com.

SHIPPING

25. Who is responsible for shipping and/or shipping costs?

We help our buyers to ship the vehicle from Dealer Place. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

26. How can I get a shipping cost?

Shipping estimates (land transport from the auction to US exit port and ocean transport to destination port) are displayed with every car. All you should do is to choose country and destination port.

27. Can I get insurance for my vehicle during transportation?

Yes, after purchasing a vehicle you may purchase insurance to cover the ocean transport phase of the shipping process.
